Erika Kramer

Erika Kramer provides operational oversight as CDS's chief administrative leader. In this role, she manages the center's business operations, oversees facility management and organizational planning, and is a senior advisor to the center's leadership. Before joining Duke, she served as director of operations and human resources for a software development and technology firm in Illinois. Erika graduated from the University of Illinois with an M.B.A. She specializes in operation management, and enjoys planning and implementing financial and operational solutions and inspiring everyone around her to do their best. Erika is also a runner, a minimalist and an avid traveler, nature lover, painter and fan of the arts.
