Diane Britz Lotti

Diane Britz Lotti is Vice-Chair of Circle Financial Group, a wealth management group based in New York City, where she is the partner responsible for Europe, advising clients on asset allocation. Previously, she was Chairman of American Capital Partners, an international investment company with investments in Europe, South America, and the United States. She was President of Pan Oceanic Advisors, a registered investment advisory in New York City, and has served on a variety of corporate boards. Britz Lotti holds an A.B. from Duke and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Diane served as Chair of the Center for Documentary Studies from 2015 through 2018. She is Trustee Emeritus of the American Academy in Rome and a former Trustee of IFILAF/Festival d’Aix-en-Provence. She has served on many boards in New York City—including the New York City Opera, Caramoor Music Festival, the Financial Women’s Association, Turtle Bay Music School, and the Bipolar Family Treatment Center of Beth Israel Hospital—and is past Chair of the Trinity Board of Visitors of Duke University. She is an avid farmer in North Carolina and Tuscany, Italy.
