Tuesday, January 21,
-
Teachers, join us at the Nasher for its January Teacher Workshop titled “Literacy Through Photography!” Literacy Through Photography (LTP) is a teaching methodology that encourages children to explore their worlds as they photograph scenes from their own lives.
As a follow-up to the September workshop, the January workshop will dive deep into the philosophy and practice of LTP. As a unique experience, this will include a Climate Hope lesson plan showcase designed by the Nasher's Bass Connections: Climate Hope team that will have you generate ideas to incorporate in your classroom. Participating teachers will receive 1 CEU. A stipend and lunch are included.
