Julie Hamilton

Originally from Texas, Julie is a Baylor and Duke Divinity alumna, with a background in art history and religious material culture. She has served as a curator and critic in the arts non-profit sector, publishing widely on contemporary art and visual media. A natural storyteller, she builds meaningful connections with artists, academics and donors, effectively advocating for the arts and higher education. Julie has a dual role in development for both Duke Alumni Engagement and Development and Duke Center for Documentary Studies.
